PIG-PARADIGM Data Analysis

This project focuses on analyzing microbiome data from piglets post-weaning to understand the impact of different dietary interventions on gut microbial communities.

Objectives

• Characterize microbial community composition
• Identify key microbial taxa associated with health outcomes
• Develop predictive models for gut health
• Create interactive visualization tools

Methodology

We’re using a combination of 16S rRNA sequencing, metagenomics, and graph database approaches to analyze the complex microbial networks in the piglet gut.
