I've worked on a similar project in the past, and I'm looking to set it up again.
This time, I'm aiming to use a system similar to the one shown in this high-tech grow box .
However, I plan to modify it by using stagnant water and a fan to maintain optimal humidity, eliminating the need for a separate humidifier.
The Rough Idea
Inoculate a bag of cooked and sterilized rice with red oyster mushrooms and let it grow.
Use this bag as spawn and spread it over the fruiting chamber where the following construction comes in:
Maintain temperature and humidity to let the fruiting bodies develop.
Pull multiple batches out of this and enjoy eating red oyster mushrooms.
