Working on a range of computational methods to analyze and characterize the taxonomic composition, functional potential, and antimicrobial resistome load of pig intestinal microbiome. As part of this research, I am harmonizing the data to create FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) microbiome profiles. These profiles will be integrated into an annotated pig intestinal microbiome catalogue, which will be valuable for PIG-PARADIGM and other researchers in the scientific community.
